Our first litter
Litter “A”
12 May 2021, 0:50–9:45, 8 puppies – 5 girls and 3 boys, all healthy. Mother Fiona FeeBee Kovrb-Bull, father Ares z Libyňského vrchu (“Akeem”).
One day they met at a dog show by the river Sázava – she, Fiona FeeBee Kovrb-Bull, a beautiful, innocent girl from the Vysočina highlands, and he, the strapping lad Ares z Libyňského vrchu, known among the Brno crowd as Akeem. It wasn’t love at first sight; Fee was a little shy and would rather have been home on the sofa, de-stuffing her 2,179th soft toy. But the two owners had had it aaall arranged for ages.
And so it happened. A spark flew – and so did something else – and here are the beautiful consequences of that union, for which we thank both parents so much and will never stop loving them. Yesterday our gorgeous puppies were born and we were head over heels in love. We saw every baby as a miracle of nature. Fionka was a wonderful mother – caring, devoted and attentive, as if she weren’t doing it for the first time.

A postscript after almost 5 years
And because time runs faster than a Bull Terrier chasing a tennis ball, today – after almost five years – we have the joyful duty of adding the next chapter to the story. We receive regular updates and photos from the owners, and we are delighted to say that all of our “babies” have grown into healthy, cheerful, playful and well-balanced dogs.
Their families are happy, and some of our puppies even carry out working and sporting tasks, gaining experience and certifications, for example in mantrailing. Others do the most important job of all – being beloved members of the family and faithful companions to children and adults alike.
To us they are still, in a way, “children in a bully’s body”, and we are proud of them. Thank you to all the owners for the love, care and wonderful homes they have given our puppies. And to the rest of you who follow our story, thank you for your trust and support. We look forward to the next chapters together.
